Last updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arcriteautomation.com (the "Site"), operated by Arcrite Automation ("Arcrite," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 70 Foster Road, Waterford, Connecticut 06385. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

The Site provides general information about Arcrite's robotic welding integration, custom automation, custom machine building, tooling and fixturing, and welding positioner services. The Site is intended for businesses and professionals located in the United States. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it.

2. No Offer or Contract

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a quote, a guarantee of results, or a binding commitment of any kind.

Descriptions of capabilities, cycle times, case studies, and project outcomes reflect specific customer situations. Your results will depend on your parts, tolerances, materials, production volume, and facility.

All equipment, systems, engineering, installation, training, and support services are governed solely by a separate written proposal, quote, purchase order, or agreement signed by Arcrite. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Site Visits and Inquiries

Submitting a form on the Site, including a request for an on-site visit or a message to our team, does not create a customer relationship or obligate either party to anything. We will respond to inquiries at our discretion. Any on-site visit, feasibility study, or assessment is scheduled by mutual agreement, and any terms for that work will be confirmed with you directly.

4. Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or copy content from the Site without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the experience of other users.

5. Information You Submit

When you send us information through the Site, such as your name, company, contact details, part descriptions, drawings, or production details, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant Arcrite permission to use that information to respond to you, evaluate your project, and communicate with you about our services.

Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the Site's general forms. If your project requires sharing confidential drawings or specifications, contact us and we can arrange a nondisclosure agreement before you share them.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, and the Arcrite name, are owned by Arcrite or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own internal business use in evaluating Arcrite's services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Trademarks and Links

The Site may display the names and logos of equipment manufacturers, technology partners, and customers. These marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not mean that the owner sponsors or endorses Arcrite, unless expressly stated.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcrite disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current. Warranties for any equipment or services Arcrite provides are set out only in the applicable signed agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcrite and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability under any separate signed agreement for equipment or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arcrite and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Arcrite regarding the Site.
