FT30 - 3-Door Fixed Table
A three-station welding cell that keeps the robot welding while your operator loads the other two tables.
- Three tables, always one in production. While two tables are being loaded, the robot keeps welding on the third.
- Built to RIA safety standards. Telescoping pneumatic doors guard each table.
- Easier on your operators. Fixed tables give a lower loading height and a smaller footprint than an indexing cell.
- Easy to service. A rear door gives direct access for maintenance.
- Ready to install. A combined trailer at the back carries the controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler, with wiring paths built in.

Compatible with any major brand of six-axis robotic arm up to 1600 mm reach. Each table can be reconfigured with a one or two axis positioner where weld path geometry requires it.
The controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler ride on a protected trailer at the back of the cell with wiring paths already built in, so the cell arrives ready to place rather than as loose components.
A rear door gives direct access for maintenance. Our team installs the cell, trains your operators, and stays available for troubleshooting and adjustments after start-up.
