FW - 3-Axis Ferris Wheel
A dual-robot welding cell where your operator loads one side while two robots weld on the other.
- Two stations, one indexing wall. Two single-axis positioners, each with custom tooling, rotate 180° on a servo-driven wall that shields the operator from sparks and UV light.
- Built to RIA safety standards. Light curtains sit at least 4 feet from the wall at all times.
- Modular by design. Works with any pair of major-brand six-axis robots and handles a wide range of part sizes.
- Room to grow. Each tooling station can be enlarged or fitted with an extra positioner for complex weld paths.
- Easy to service. A rear door gives direct access for maintenance.
- Ready to move and install. Each robot sits on its own skid with forklift pockets. Protected rear trailers carry the controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler, with wiring paths built in.

Runs any pair of major-brand six-axis robotic arms. Each tooling bridle can be enlarged or fitted with a single-axis positioner where weld path geometry requires it.
Each robot system ships on its own combined skid and trailer, with forklift pockets in the side for easy unloading and placement. The controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler ride on protected rear trailers with wiring paths already built in, so the cell arrives as ready-to-place modules rather than loose components.
A rear door gives direct access for maintenance, and the modular design means each tooling station can be enlarged or fitted with an extra positioner as your parts change.
