SL - 2-Axis Side Loader
A single-robot welding cell with a station on each side, so your operator loads one while the robot welds the other.
- Two stations, one robot. Two single-axis positioners, each with custom tooling, sit on opposite sides of a centered six-axis robot.
- Built to RIA safety standards. Light curtains sit at least 4 feet from the indexing stations, so the operator can never stand in their path.
- Modular by design. Works with any major brand of six-axis robot and handles a wide range of part sizes.
- Room to grow. Each tooling station can be enlarged or fitted with an extra positioner for complex weld paths.
- Easy to service. A front door gives direct access for maintenance.
- Ready to move and install. The skid and trailer ship as separate bodies with forklift pockets. The protected trailer carries the controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler, with wiring paths built in.

Compatible with any major brand of six-axis robotic arm. Each tooling bridle can be enlarged or fitted with a single-axis positioner where weld path geometry requires it.
The skid and trailer ship as separate bodies, each with forklift pockets at the front for easy unloading and placement. The controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler ride on the protected trailer with wiring paths already built in, so the cell arrives as ready-to-place modules rather than loose components.
A front door gives direct access for maintenance, and the modular design means each tooling station can be enlarged or fitted with an extra positioner as your parts change. Our team installs the cell, trains your operators, and stays available for troubleshooting and adjustments after start-up.
