FL1 - 1-Axis Front Loader
A compact single-robot welding cell for small to medium parts, where your operator loads at the front while the robot welds behind a protective wall.
- Two tables, one indexing wall. Two fixed tables rotate 180° on a servo-driven wall that shields the operator from sparks and UV light.
- Built to RIA safety standards. Light curtains sit at least 4 feet from the wall, so the operator can never stand in its path.
- Sized for small to medium parts. A modular design built for compact, repeatable work.
- Room to grow. Each table can be enlarged or fitted with a one- or two-axis positioner for complex weld paths.
- Easy to service. Doors on both sides give direct access for maintenance.
- Ready to move and install. A combined skid and trailer with forklift pockets at the front carries the controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler, with wiring paths built in.

Compatible with any major brand of six-axis robotic arm up to 1600 mm reach. Each table can be enlarged or fitted with a one or two axis positioner where weld path geometry requires it.
The cell ships on a combined skid and trailer with forklift pockets at the front for easy unloading and placement. The controller, power and wire supply, and water cooler ride on the protected trailer with wiring paths already built in, so the cell arrives ready to place rather than as loose components.
Doors on both sides give direct access for maintenance, and the modular design means each table can be enlarged or fitted with a one- or two-axis positioner as your parts change. Our team installs the cell, trains your operators, and stays available for troubleshooting and adjustments after start-up.
